Owner payout policy

Send owner payout within 24 hours after customer pickup.

Draft policy: Vaycora collects the renter payment when the booking is confirmed. After the customer picks up the RV and the trip starts, Vaycora sends the owner payout by ACH or the approved payout method within 24 hours, as long as payment, refund, customer dispute, damage, and payout checks are clear. After Vaycora releases the payout, bank or provider timing may take 1-5 business days.
