Recommended cancellation and refund policy

Vaycora recommends a clear refund schedule: full rental refund minus payment processing fees more than 15 days before trip start, 50% rental refund within 15 days, and no rental refund within 72 hours. If the owner/operator rebooks the same cancelled dates, the renter may receive up to a 100% refund of the recovered rental amount, minus payment processing fees and any non-refundable services already completed.
